This is my favorite hotel in the Smokies. The one in Gatlinburg is nicer, but way too expensive. This one is reasonably priced and convenient to all the mountains have to offer. I like the room layout, which is basically a suite. The beds are separated by a restroom, which makes it seem more like two rooms, although they cannot be shut off from each other. Breakfast is the typical HIE fare. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, plenty of outlets, helpful staff, view of the Smokies. What's not to love?

Beautiful view. Clean rooms. Awesome staff. Wonderful food. FREE POPCORN! lol. We love Holiday Inn Express on Nascar Drive. They can and will spoil you!! Thank you Scott and Olga for making our stay as awesome as always!

Fantastic room!! My only criticism of this place was the omelet we chose for breakfast was so very bad. They had lots of other choices for breakfast that looked wonderful though. Would definitely return. 8/10

We enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. It was convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and easy to get to Gatlinburg and the national park. Having breakfast at the hotel was super convenient. I had lost my mother recently and wanted to get away for a few days. This was an excellent choice.

My family traveled to the area for a quick weekend vacay and actually booked with another hotel chain. We were not happy with the beds or the service at the other hotel so we canceled our next night and booked with IHG! Upon arrival I was greeted by the assistant general manager Alex R. She was friendly and was very accommodating. There was a problem with my reservation that was totally my fault! She was able to fix the reservation and provide us with a nice room with very comfortable beds! We have found our place we will stay whenever we come back to the area. The location is great and the staff are friendly and professional! Again thank you for making our last night a comfortable one!

I didn't like the layout of this hotel. I think it's for families, not for honeymooners. Two beds in its each room, I guess if the couple fight , one will sleep to the other bed he he. I would prefer a king size bed then a a couch with a coffee table. But in fairness they offer descent breakfast as complimentary yo the guest. We booked during the holidays, it's was pricey.
